Welcome to Pairings, my new weekly blog. What’s in a pairing? Well, I’ve always been a believer in offering advice with its application, so that’s what you’ll get each week.
For example, one “pairing” may focus on the benefits of broccoli along with one of my favorite recipes. Another week may be a wellness tip and a way to put it into practice.
And for very special ‘wine-down’ weeks, you’ll benefit from a good-for-you recipe paired with a specific wine (yum!) so you can sit back and enjoy stress-free meal planning with your favorite vintage.
